Head of Department ,Computer Science:

Prof. S. NANDAGOPALAN presently spearheads the department. He has completed his M.Sc in 1980,followed by an M.TECH in INDUSTRIAL ELECTRONICS from K.R.E.C. SURATHKAL in 1982 and also has an M.S. in SOFTWARE SYSTEM from BITS PILANI . Since 1983,he has been in teaching profession and is involved in various academic activities like teaching electronics, computer science related subjects and has also guided several projects, which have got NATIONAL & INTERNATIONAL awards.

Extra curricular activities
1. Conducted a “Advanced Programming in C & C++” course in collaboration with EBS Infotech Ltd., Bangalore from 5th Oct 1999 to 4th Dec 1999.
2. System Manager for all the computer labs of CSE Dept.
